International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF)

The International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) is one of the most commonly-used systems for measuring, describing and measuring health and disability. It was created by the World Health Organization and is considered the standard by many US and international healthcare organizations and professional organizations.
